Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Chase-Bank's digital platform, mobile applications, and related services. By opening an account or signing in, you agree to be bound by them.

Effective January 1, 2026

1. Acceptance

These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and Chase-Bank Holdings and its regulated affiliates (collectively, 'Chase-Bank,' 'we,' 'us'). Additional product-specific terms apply to deposit accounts, credit products, custody, and advisory engagements, and prevail over these general Terms where they conflict.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally competent to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction of residence. We do not open accounts for sanctioned individuals, sanctioned entities, or residents of jurisdictions where we are not authorized to provide services.

3. Account Opening and Verification

You authorize us to verify your identity through government databases, credit bureaus, sanctions lists, and third-party verification providers. We may decline to open an account, request additional documentation, or close an account at any time and for any lawful reason, including failure of identity verification or risk-policy criteria.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to keep your credentials confidential, enable multi-factor authentication, maintain accurate contact information, and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Activity completed under your credentials following successful authentication is presumed authorized until you report otherwise.

You agree not to use the platform to launder funds, finance terrorism, evade sanctions, defraud third parties, or violate any applicable law.

5. Fees

Account and transaction fees are disclosed in the schedule applicable to each product. We will provide at least 30 days' written notice before any change adverse to you, and you may close the affected account without penalty during the notice period.

6. Deposits and Insurance

Eligible deposits are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to applicable limits, currently $250,000 per depositor, per insured bank, per ownership category. Investment products, custody assets, and digital assets are not FDIC-insured, are not bank deposits, may lose value, and are not guaranteed by Chase-Bank.

7. Electronic Communications

You consent to receive notices, disclosures, statements, and agreements electronically. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to your relationship director, in which case we may close affected accounts.

8. Intellectual Property

All software, content, branding, and design elements of the Chase-Bank platform are owned by Chase-Bank or its licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the platform solely to access your accounts.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Except as expressly stated, the platform is provided 'as is.' To the maximum extent permitted by law, Chase-Bank disclaims all implied warranties and limits its aggregate liability to the fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Disputes are resolved by confidential binding arbitration seated in New York under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may modify these Terms with at least 30 days' notice. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept the changes, you may close your accounts before the effective date.
