Regulatory Disclosures

Chase-Bank is presented here for demonstration purposes. The following disclosures describe the regulatory framework that would apply to a real institution operating under our charter.

Effective January 1, 2026

Banking Charter

Chase-Bank, N.A. would be a nationally chartered bank supervised by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC). Deposit-taking activities would be insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) up to applicable limits.

Investment Advisory

Chase-Bank Advisors, LLC would be registered with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an investment adviser. Form ADV Parts 2A and 2B would be available on request and on the SEC's Investment Adviser Public Disclosure portal.

Brokerage

Securities transactions would be executed through Chase-Bank Securities, LLC, a broker-dealer registered with the SEC and a member of FINRA and SIPC. SIPC protection covers customer securities up to $500,000, including $250,000 for cash claims. SIPC does not protect against market loss.

Trust and Custody

Trust and custody services would be provided by Chase-Bank, a non-depository trust company chartered in South Dakota and Wyoming, with international affiliates in Switzerland and Singapore.

International Operations

European operations would be conducted through a credit institution authorized by the European Central Bank and supervised by a national competent authority. United Kingdom operations would be authorized by the Prudential Regulation Authority and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.

Sanctions and Anti-Money-Laundering

We comply with the economic sanctions programs of the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), HM Treasury, the European Union, and the United Nations Security Council. We maintain a written AML program, file Suspicious Activity Reports as required, and screen all parties to transactions against current sanctions lists.

Equal Credit Opportunity

Chase-Bank is an equal-opportunity lender. We do not discriminate in any credit decision on the basis of race, color, religion, national origin, sex, marital status, age, receipt of public assistance, or the exercise of any right under the Consumer Credit Protection Act.
